Passage of health care won’t make it so?
The 10th Amendment couldn’t be much clearer: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Just where does the Constitution authorize the Congress or President Barack Obama to force individuals to buy health insurance? Nowhere. The federal government may no more force a person to buy health insurance than it may force one to buy a house, a car or a college education.
